Without You, all the world seemed mine to claim;
Nothing appeared too hard to tame.
Life looked simple, bright, and free—
Unless my own heart disagreed.
Without You, I searched both far and near;
Through every voice I held most dear.
I sought the truth with all my might,
Yet never found life's guiding light.
Without You, each step was hard to take;
Though outward chains began to break,
The storms within refused to cease;
My restless soul could find no peace.
Without You, hope slowly slipped away;
Life had no dawn beyond the gray.
Death offered neither rest nor grace,
Only silence without a face.
Now with You, my spirit lives anew;
Every burden fades from view.
