聖誕頌
一個書生眼裡的基督
遠在天地未開闢，上帝之道卓然立。
宇宙資之乃發生，魂靈從此有真諦。
大道之行雄且健，仰之便成英雄氣。
縱然深陷困境中，因信基督便稱義。
昔有天使窺神位，攪動乾坤謀篡逆。
醜惡蝸居黑暗中，浩然正氣遭陵替。
罪因一人入世間，天門遂向初人閉。
無辜羔羊獻寶血，人心方有挽回祭。
聖潔之主行審判，惟有義者受覆庇。
掃除撒旦入火湖，天堂不再有悲泣。
生命水源白白喝，同主作王新天地。
斯事太初已成就，大哉敬虔之奧祕。
活神顯於人肉身，卻如草根出乾地。
卑微降在馬槽中，東方博士傳奇異。
四十晝夜受試誘，行過死蔭無所忌。
神用油膏膏主頭，賜下福杯杯漫溢。
十字架上成大恩，三日復活彰神蹟。
五旬賜下保惠師，聖靈工作前後繼。
筵宴豐盛無窮盡，靠主得稱神後裔。
天地已然被更新，生命之道永不易。
The Eternal Word
Before the heavens and the earth were formed,
The Word of God stood timeless and supreme.
From Him the universe was brought to birth;
In Him the soul first found its highest meaning.
The Way goes forth in strength and majesty;
Who looks to Him is filled with noble courage.
Though one be cast into the deepest trials,
By faith in Christ, one is declared righteous.
Long ago an angel coveted God's own throne,
Stirring heaven and earth in a rebel's futile claim.
Darkness made its dwelling where evil found its home,
As righteousness gave way before the reign of shame.
Through one man's sin, transgression entered all the world;
The gates of Eden closed before the human race.
Then the spotless Lamb poured out His precious blood,
That every heart might find atonement through His grace.
The Holy Lord shall judge in perfect righteousness;
The righteous alone shall dwell beneath His sheltering grace.
Satan shall be cast into the lake of fire,
And heaven shall know no sorrow, tears, or death again.
The Water of Life is offered without price;
With Christ His people reign in the new heaven and earth.
This sacred plan was purposed from eternity—
How great the mystery of godliness!
The living God took on our flesh,
Yet sprang like a root from parched, forgotten ground.
In lowliness He came, laid in a manger,
While Eastern sages followed heaven's wondrous sign.
For forty days and nights He bore temptation,
And walked the valley of the shadow without fear.
God anointed His Anointed with holy oil,
And gave the cup of blessing, running over.
Upon the Cross God's boundless grace was won;
On the third dawn, His resurrection shone.
At Pentecost the Comforter came down,
The Spirit's work enduring through all generations.
The marriage feast shall know no final end;
In Christ we stand as children of our God.
