2023年蓋新閣（Geisinger）的第四屆病理研討會在美麗的丹莊（Danville）舉行，大咖雲集，精彩絕倫，不容錯過。從加州的小地方到賓州的小地方，路途遙遠，機車勞頓，但能見到這麼多新老朋友，還享受一場學術盛宴，則甘之如飴。是為記。
行行重行行，長風伴旅程。
煙塵萬里路，輾轉似飄萍。
朝辭西海岸，暮至丹莊營。
冠蓋雲集地，盛筵饗賓朋。
求學無止境，術業有專能。
大師開堂講，如聞黃鐘鳴。
蕩漾流心肺，餘音繞前庭。
醍醐灌頭頂，清新耳目明。
親友相見歡，滔滔語未窮。
來年再會日，山水復幾重。

At Danville
The Fourth Annual Pathology Conference at Geisinger was held in the beautiful town of Danville, Pennsylvania, in 2023. Distinguished speakers from across the country gathered to share their knowledge, making the meeting an unforgettable academic feast. The journey from a small town in California to a small town in Pennsylvania was long and tiring, but the opportunity to reunite with old friends, make new ones, and learn from so many masters made every mile worthwhile.
The road reached farther than the eye,
The western wind became my guide.
Through miles of dust and changing skies,
Like drifting leaves, we onward ride.
At dawn I left the Pacific shore;
By dusk, Danville had come in sight.
Where gifted minds from every land
Met face to face in shared delight.
The search for truth knows not an end;
Each soul perfects a different art.
The masters spoke with quiet strength,
Their wisdom echoed through the heart.
Each word resounded deep within,
Like bronze bells ringing clear and long.
Fresh insight crowned the waiting mind,
And turned new knowledge into song.
Old friends embraced with grateful smiles;
Our endless conversations flowed.
Until we meet another year,
May every journey find this road.
